Yeah well. No great joy there but at least Country are keeping the foot on the throat with the 2 man advantage. Try Country.

Lovely off load back pass by Stewart (Quade-esque, but generally this does not meet approbriation if it isn't Quade.)

Deegan is having a match he'd rather forget.

I wish we had Peter Grant on the bench - we need a bit of composure at the moment.

At the same time Stewrart is looking good but Duncan of all people is pushing things, needs to calm down - maybe he will when Force are back to 15.

Force at 15. WIn a scrum penalty. Scrums have been pretty good, parity ish till now.

Wow Slipper popped in the scrum by Longbottom.
Re-pack was unconvincing but LH feed won by Country.

Before that the Force Line out pinged and looking shakey. Young locks for Country doing OK and AS-Y has also been jumping at 6.

God I love seeing a breakaway with serious attitude in getting the opposing 10. AS-Y is all over Deegan like a rash.

Didnt help, Force scores but keep it up Angus. Get him.

Some lovely work from Country 4, 5 and 6 working the rusks hard, ball goes wide with another Quade-esque kick pass chosen on the fly by Duncan. Try out wide.

Maybe this reds thing might have some creativity after all?!

Has Feuai-Sautia been wearing 25 the whole season?

I can easily believe he'd stretch out the 11 jersey.

Awesome scrum. Parity but Country will want to get the ball out better than that.

Awesome work Tessman - Force pumped from Line out to mall drive and Country with nothing. Great work Force.

Re-watching the lineout the Country 4 and 5 were worked over in that set piece. They've both been fabulous, but they wont want to watch that in game review.

Slipper out injured.

Try Tessmann! Scores from a rolling maul, Prior converts. 20-14, with the respective goal-kicking of Stewart and Prior keeping the Force in the game.

Tessman doing a Higgenbotham. Needs to wind his neck in. He's on the wrong side of aggression right now.

20-14 at half time.

One of the best tennis matches I saw this year was at Rome in May. Australia's Daria Gavrilova vs then-World No. 3, Garbine Muguruza. After slitting the first two sets, Muguruza shot out to a four-love lead in the third, and it looked all over. But then Gavrilova fought back, won the next five games, defeated her in a tie-break, and single-handedly restored my faith in the fairytale sporting comeback.

So, the question is, can the Force do a Dasha? Why the hell not? Let's go Force!

Force are completely in this. Better scrum, line out maul is great. The young rowers at Country need to get back into where they started.

Tessman both strongest for Force and becoming a liability. Deegan needs to step up.

2, 6, 10 and 12 at Country looking very good.

Aaaaand we are into wet weather rugby.

Got to respect QLD's willingness to take risks in these conditions. Almost scored again down the left-hand sideline.
