I was gunna mention that game, the atmosphere was insane!!

It's pretty depressing watching a game like that, whilst I think we can match the quality of game we will never match the atmosphere and passion of their supporters. They cheer quality goal kicking from penalties, they understand the game.

It's the terraces (the Shed in this case), bring them back!

We've had our games though, with similar atmospheres, only Super games though.

I've slowly learnt that internationals have such shit atmospheres compared to most Super games. There is the odd exception.

That Gloucester v Leicester game really was something to watch. I really thought that Leicester were going to pull it off and down through the years, more often than not, they find a way to get the score to win in these situations.

Atmosphere was fantastic, been in a few crowds like that at Leinster games and it's so amazing to be in the middle of them. Been in similar crowds at 6Ns games too. Some of the RC crowds this year have been completely flat though.

In smaller grounds you're more likely to get crowds like that because the crowd is made up of the most passionate supporters who will cheer and sing to drive their team on. In larger grounds there is more room for the kind of fans who wait for their team to give them something to cheer about.

London Irish -v- Quins was entertaining stuff. Irish look 70% better with a decent 10 like Humphreys running the show. Saw them earlier in the season and they were shambolic behind the scrum. Quins' standards have slipped recently which will worry O'Shea. Their late try to win was lucky in the extreme. Correctly awarded a try by the TMO but the result of a lucky knock backwards, an even luckier bounce forwards off a knee, and the centre falling on the ball, grounding it with his chest.

Pretty boring Midlands derby.

Leicester would be 6 points ahead if Ford could kick straight.

Neither team have looked like crossing over.

Ford's looking pretty average in general but then no one is covering themselves in glory. Merficully free of what has become the usual Saints-Tigers biffo though.

The only bit of brilliance on the day. Ford's goal kicking, always problematic, needs as much work as ever. Saints shouldn't have been within cooee but they end up with a losing bonus point.

Quins-Gloucester game much more entertaining. Nick Evans (who has just signed for three more years with Quins) is a masterclass #10.
Having trouble reconciling Jimmy Cowan in red and white though. Good news 30 mins in and he hasn't started a fight yet become antagonistic towards fellow players
