Well done Wallabies, a great win and well deserve. No excuses from a poor Bok show in this one. The Wallabies was all over us today. The only positive we can take from this drubbing is to work harder and try and beat the All Blacks next weekend. :'( The biggest test in TriNation is to fight back after a loss and the Wallabies have done just that. Hope the Bokke learn a passionate lesson from that and hope all you Wallabies supporters enjoy this one because you deserve it.

Well I think you deserve to win the 3Ns so hopefully you'll win next weekend!

Rugby followers should be grateful for this Springbok side - they're very, very good, one of the best teams I've seen in the last 40 or so years. To win the RWC on foreign soil in 2007, finish off a handy Lions side and then dish up a few towellings to their SH cousins (ranked 2 and 3 in the world) is no mean feat. I can't see how they're going to miss out on the Tri Nations this year, even if they have to rely on us beating the ABs in Wellington in a fortnight. Their kicking is as good as any in the history of rugby, their forward pack has been frightfully efficient, their lineout is the best going around at the moment and they have smart players all over the paddock to back up a genuine leader as captain. A few world class players in Habana, de Villiers, du Preez, Matfield, Botha and Bismarck du Plessis certainly help and Fourie, Morne Steyn, Spies, Smith, Rossouw, Berger and Jacobs aren't slouches.

But I reckon now's as good as it gets for this Bokke team. The first to go will be Smit as opposing coaches carefully note Robinson's efforts against him and instruct their LHPs to do likewise; he's a world class captain, a very good hooker but only a so-so THP. John is a major part of this team as, most importantly, he's a wonderfully-balanced counter to the insanity of Peter de Villiers. Don't forget he led a World-Cup winning team before Snor came on the scene. I wouldn't be surprised if the next captain's a political appointment in the mould of Luke Watson, someone who won't have Smit's gravitas. Other players such as Matfield, de Villiers, Botha et al mustn't have too much time left in the Springbok jumper. And when Snor has complete control over the Boks I fear chaos will reign.

We should appreciate this team while we can. Apart from when they're beating us.

Jacobs isnt that bad, need to work on his defense. It will between him and Wynand Olivier to replace Jean but it look like Jean will only do a 7 month NH journey.

Want to reconsider that comment about Jacobs ?

Every player have a brain fart every now and again Boet. AD had a good S14 this year and the find of the 2008 TriNations.

Lind I am not that worried in anyway about the state of SA Rugby. We'll lose 2 or maybe 3 of the current players and they maybe back once the next WC starts.

I dont agree about your views on Snor. He will be judge on merit and honestly thought he would have pick Watson as captain and only coloured and black players when he was appointed. Since then I change my view and surely he has moved on in many ways better then Jake White would with the current Bok stock. He have a eye for young talent and if I have a current look with what is happening in SA rugby structures from the bottom I can promise you in a few years time we wont have a problem regarding numbers of coloured and black players. They are coming now more and more through the youth structures and make the job so much easier. But then Oom Paarl is way to a positive SA supporter to get negative.

We had 43,000 at Newlands over the weekend in the north south derby between WP & the Bulls, if that dont show our local game is as strong I sure dunno what is.
