Oh God. TMO on NZRFU payroll? Wft is wrong with that guy? Speights effort obviously a try. Havent caught up with the thread yet but Shiggins must've been having a heart attack in his brain.

NZ pack embarrassing. Porous. Gainline City, here we come. Aus pack outmunted them. At least until the levee broke. The levee holding back the tears of you-know-who.

Mr Kearns perceived injustices have now become actual injustices.

I fear the worst.

Veldsman has fucked up massively before. Don't remember the details.

Anyone know how to watch the Cheika presser, given that fox has gone to the nrc coverage?

Ok yes they won by 27 points but the only blew the Aussies away when they got 15 points ahead and started playing basketball rugby.
Before that there was pressure and with pressure they quickly come back to the pack. Should be 17-15 down instead the go 22-10 up after Cruden trips Sio and then a quick penalty follows 25-10 and they get enough breathing space to take some risks which they weren't doing and game over.
We really miss Kurtley Beale in attack from that RWC.

We wouldn't have beaten them but that call on the Speight try just made sure we had no chance. I'm filthy about it TBH, whoever that TMO was either has a vendetta against us or is in the kiwi's pocket. Simple.

To be honest, Veldsman has ALWAYS been a nosy bugger. If you watch super rugby you'd know that.

Ab's played played like shit for 50 mins, wallabies ALSO played well. Shocker of a decision gave Ab's the edge. I'd be filthy if I was a wallaby/fan. I am even as an AB fan.

However, the difference in fitness and quality of the bench would have made it hard for a wallaby win. Matt Todd AB's best, Timani for the Wallabies.

New Zealand are incredible at making the tackle and never actually realeasing the man on the ground. Very impressive referees don't pick it up.
Good spot. Took me a while to notice this but you are spot on.

Time for post-game overreactions:

Nigel you are a massive fuckwit. It's like you can't seem to understand that the ABs are cheating slimy fuckwads who make Vontaze Burflict look like a fucking choirboy. The problem is that the only way to beat them is at their own game. I hope all the ABs players have their phones at 5% charge for the rest of their life, sheets always too short and that karma is a bitch and strikes them in the arse

I believe this sort of attitude is what is wrong with rugby in Australia. From what i seen the Wallabies once again fell apart in the last 20 odd mins.Feel free to post more Phil Kearns hyperbole instead of addressing issues within Australian rugby.

Yes it would have been a bloody close game if it wasn't for that call, maybe even one the best. Probably still NZ's win cos I agree about the bench.

But... fuck... now all the talk is about that horrible horrible TMO. Real disappointing officials and there lack of performance can have such a negative effect on our sport.

'That call' didn't cost us the W. They put 27 point on us after that. That's what cost us.

We completely lost our shape. Our offloads went from being dangerous to them, to dangerous to us. Our kicking game fell to shit again. Played straight into their hands.

Heartbreaking. Score not representative of the quality of game played by the wobs. Still much to do, especially on the scrambling defence when ABs get gifted ball from wobs turnovers. But then again they do that to everyone.

TMO decision a massive factor in changing the momentum of the game.

Exactly, Speights try was worth 5 points, not 20...

Kidding me? Broken every single first tackle he's run

Yes, then advanced another 1.5 metres before being creamed! Thrown dumb passses to nobody, or dropped the ball. Watch the replay Seb V, he's "dead in the water", IMO.

Sure we probably would have still lost, the last 20min your fitness, bench, and structures came into play.

But come on mate, let the passionate guys let off some steam most of those calls from the TMO were total bullshit and you know it.

Shocking decision on the speight no try. But reality is we made too many mistakes and gave up easy points. All blacks goal kicking was poor which kept us in the game. We need to cut out the mistakes. Most are 5 points for the abs. Congrats to the abs. I am gutted but you scored at will. Too good.

Fuck that it did. We were putting them under pressure and they were starting to crack. Foley was starting to tear ass and we would have been ahead. Sure we wouls probably have lost at the end but that clusterfuck of a decision relieved all the pressure and kicked us in the guts for our good work. Completelt switched the momentum. No one gave a fuck in the last 10 minutes. Players were walking. It was a farce.
