Bloody great news, great hearing about players resigning and staying, but coaches are also f***ing important. Yeehaa!

I ctually thought Sam W would retire for some reason, but can understand wanting a gig in France.
Interesting to hear them talking on Breakdown last night, they reckon that we will get a few more announcements of players resigning over next little while. Other enjoyable thing was hearing Ruby Tui, she was apparently offered a eye watering contract to go to league in Aus, but she said it came down to way forward and pretty excited what NZR are planning. Then let it slip that there is the top 6 test comp in NZ in Octobor. She is doing something else too as is on sabaticl now and will announce what it is in a couple of days after signing contracts, she will be about for top 6. Also said Alan Bunting taking over BFs was a consideration, and seems super Aupiki is extended next year.

^ must be a really short sabbatical if she's gunna be WXV-ready by October. Wonder if it's the Japanese 7's league that Hirini & Brazier are off to?

^ well it's a 7's league but not the Japanese one...

Runs 17 June to 6 August so back in time for WXV.
So that's what she was talking about other night on tv, siad it would be announced as soon as she signed on dotted line. Get inpression she getting a few $s for the gig too.
