Too many average players in amongst the handful of stars?

I think the balance of "stars" v "average" is not quite right. I think you nailed that one, Blue.

Having said that, and I have nothing solid to prove this next point, but I think the Force are a much better team to watch with Graham at the helm. I really do think they are on the rise.

They have been around long enough for the fans to expect some ladder position improvements. Next year must be the start of some serious marking and critical observations.

I like watching the force play because they never seem to give anyone an easy game. They are a somewhat limited team, especially with injuries, but they seem to find a way to stifle most opposition.

I guess when - as a team - you don't trust that what you're doing will earn you a win, even if it got you to a winning position, you stop doing it. that trust comes with experience and makes you a good team. The ability to change what you're doing when you're up against it - usually to simplify, be direct and eliminate errors - makes you a great team.
