I'd like to see that too. Would love to see Godwin get a run. Can't see Foley being dropped outright though. But maybe the rest will do him good.

Would go something similar if I was picking a Wallabies side.
Positions I rate the Irish stronger:

2: Cronin
5: O'Connell
6: O'Mahony
8: Heaslip
9: Murray
10: Sexton
11: Zebo
14: Bowe

Makes the sides pretty even really, Folau v Kearney in the air is a good match up as well.

Would have loved to see O'Brien v Hooper in this one but once again he is injured.

Really missing Healy in the front row as well.

I don't rate Toner for the Irish as the other lock. Think if Ireland are going to win the MOTM will be Murray or Sexton. Has to be the strongest halfs combo in Europe at the moment.

I would like to see Foley dropped. This poor defence has lead to some tries and his playmaking is quite predictable.

His goal kicking has been a real positive though.

We are in troubles, Irish are going to play today but their best players are going to take a break. Then they will have an advantage. F*ck! Alexander and Robinson are enough advantages :p

or the Irish best 23 players get complacent and they are pipped to the post by a Wallabies side on the rebound, who invariably play a blinder after suffering a significant loss.

That's my hope, anyway

I don't see any of these changes doing anything but giving others a game.

Ireland are very good and very settled

Wobs? Our issue is dynamism in the pigs, how we get each individual unit working harder and more accurately in a few days - dunno

We want to invest as few as possible at each breakdown, to do that the cleanout has to be more aggressive and much more accurate. On Saturday it was neither

So we get slowed down at the ruck, our clearance slows, we chuck it to a static runner who then gets caught behind the gain line and the death spiral ramps up

I'm sure someone in the backs not waratha related will be dropped for Beale to fit back in as he is the xfactor player that the wallabies need.

I struggle with this, Beale's test form wasn't good enough to justify being on the plane, let alone being thrown into the test team.

But this bullocks about this being "Waratah" related is just sad.

Every year the leading Aus S15 team gets rewarded by those marginal selections as the "marginals" get dragged over the line by the form of their team, whilst others in under-performing teams were dragged down by their teams.

We were having the same laments, just by different posters when the Reds were dominating those marginal selections.

Super Rugbys been a long time over. I think what's the issue people having is recent Test form being ignored. Beale was basically playing rubbish and now hasn't played for 6-8 weeks let's say 4 'injured' and 3 regaining fitness, he shouldn't be parachuted in to the team. But as the Tahs Coach Chekia likely to go with what he knows. Bias not really, but from outsiders it looks that way.
