International career
Gosper played trials for the Australia national rugby union team tours in 1979 (Argentina) and 1981
(United Kingdom). He represented the Australian Under 21 Rugby Union team in 1980, versus New
Zealand at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

I have a feeling that U21 game was the first time most of us saw David Campese - with his faked touch down in goal and length of the filed run to score...or was that playing for ACT against Australian Forces......and Sean Fitzpatrick with his revolutionary, at the time, 2 handed spiral throw in to the lineouts.
