Yes JOC (James O'Connor) can play but I still see his creativity at this time limited to making opportunities for himself.Fair deuce, I was going to come back and say "Whoops, not JOC (James O'Connor). I meant Higginbotham" but I'll admit when I'm wrong. That said, I'd still have JOC (James O'Connor) at 12 regardless of how much of an individual player he is (which I think is a crock, yeah he likes his hair and his brand but shit the kid can play).
He is still young and learning (hopefully), and the ability to make plays for others needs to come.
For this reason I see him on the wing at Test level for now, and learning play making at 10 or at a stretch 12 at Super level.
