Lucas would have to be a candidate for the 10 jersey. Very astute at running a backline, has combination with our first choice 9. Then Beale can stay at 15 where he thrives on time and space.

I thought he played well too. I think he looked really good when he took the ball to the line. He is definitely playing too deep though.

I just think Deans will pick Beale at 10 and McCabe at 12. I think Barnes will be lucky to get a bench spot.

Honestly I think his skill execution is poor. He showed some good intent against the Brumbies though.

I hope he doesn't. I am a huge fan of KBs and he is a good 10 when there is space, but he's only played a few super rugby games at 10 lately. I think its too soon to ask him to step forward. He is our best 15. I'd keep him there.
I don't think we've had a 10/12 combo with Barnes and McCabe (could be wrong), but they are both familar with their positions at an international level. KB (Kurtley Beale) hasn't played 10 neither has Lucas for the Wallabies. Given the short prepartion time before the tests I'd go with players who had played in the positions previously. Anyway I should have put this in the Wallaby team thread.

I think he is trying too hard to lift the Tahs and taking too much repsonsibility on his shoulders. A key example was his missed tackle of Speight. He'd take him down in that situation everyday of the week usually. I couldn't believe it when I watched the replay and saw that it was Barnes who missed. I'm hoping a different enviroment (Wallabies) will give him the boost. He was good against Wales last time.

I agree with you. He has the same troubles as Genia had earlier in the year.

Why is the team list upside down though? Maybe they count down to the best positions!​

That is quite troubling. Why are players from losing teams there? Isn't the Grumbles logic something like "if they lose, they aren't going to be a part of my fucking team! Now, where are the pies?"
