To be fair daz, this suggestion was made on another thread that ILTW was participating in. I think he's just picked that up from there......if it was true, I'd think it would be a pretty fair question.....

...while if they do poorly it will be, "Kirwan not up to coaching at this level..he's lost the dressing room" etc. So bit of a lose/lose situation for him in that respect.

Great opportunity for him to tap into Henry's knowledge and experience though.

Luckily, there's a different between public (read: media) and industry reputation. For example, most fans don't rate Foley (I'm a fence sitter) but he was kept on by the Tahs then hired by the Force, so he must have a good rep in the industry.

IS ,I think you will find he was very hands on coach not just a manager.

One thing this does show to me is that he is obsessed with the game: compare this to Sir Clie Woodward's post RWC shenanigans.
Henry would be well entitled (and maybe even wise) to sit back and soak it up - there's nothing more he can do in the game.
