Given that goal kicking accuracy is so important to winning games, why is it that we can't seem to produce goal kickers who are consistently as good as those from England, NZ, NRL? ?

Why we aren't as good...
England - Style of Rugby. A lot more emphasis in the NH on kicking (possibly due to weather)
New Zealand - Agree with Athilinaur, I don't think we are far behind them at all.
NRL - Let's see them have a crack at penalty goals from 50m out or let the opposing team run at them when they take a shot for goal and see how good their accuracy is.

I'm not one to put a spell on goal kickers BUT all this robotic shaking, moonwalking and side steps that comes with James OMG O'Connor gives me the creeps.
After watchin him put on a performane like that one reaches for his heart pills just to be sure it ain't a Micheal Jackson impersonation tribute.
Me mind just muddles as the motions and lack of kicking the pill straight thru them goal posts flickers into the distance! Yes the great ho-hum Wannabs have been released from their er cells for the BIG world cup and like it or not these guys have a few new tricks to play when matching it with the MIGHTY ABs.
Still me flash smile will be hanging out to make a few Aussies weep when they pay me their TABs and of course gold is me preferred method of payment!

I cant recall a great kicker that had dyed hair, highlighted hair or an active twitter account.
Maybe our problem is a lack of dedication, there are too many other things to do than practice
