Usual rules:-
Won't be hard this week.

1. Daley (Qld)
2. Hanson (Qld)
3. Slipper (Qld)
4. Sharpe (Force)
5. Horwill (Qld)
6. Samo (Qld)
7. Robinson (Qld)
8. Vaea (Brumbies)
9. Genia (Qld)
10. Cooper (Qld)
12. Harris (Qld)
13. A. Finger (Qld)
11. Mitchell (NSW)
14. Ioane (Qld)
15. Morahan (Qld)

16. S. Finger (Qld)
17. Kepu (NSW)
18. Simmons (Qld)
19. Higginbum (Qld)
20. McKibben (NSW)
21. JOC (James O'Connor) (Force)
22. Davies (Qld)

The Rebels were poor in execution of a simple game plan. The Brumbies were worse and the Force marginally better but showed dominance at the lineout. The less said about the Tahs the better.

Yep, pretty much, although maybe Kepu ahead of Slipper also, but no biggie. They were both pretty good.

I thought Harris had a pretty decent game but I did see him miss a few tackles on both Spies and the loosehead I think, same thing with Samo but I guess you can't make every tackle.

Hooper pushing for a bench spot, I thought he had a great game, loads of tackles, nuisance at the breakdown and decent carries. Would put him above Higgo

i didnt think there was much great defending from any aussie teams this weekend, probably should make it an attacking wallaby 15 of the week.

And so it descends into a joke once again with the rabid 'tahs men somehow promoting their own even though they were embarrassed across the park and totally man fucked.

That comment just shows your ignorance of rugby. The Tahs dominated one area- the scrum, and that is why the so-called 'rabid tahs men' are suggesting one or two of them make the team since no other Aussie front rower really stood out.

How about you put your childish prejudices aside and just talk about the game like the rest of us.

settle down buddy, in her defence you could have hardly have said that the Reds front-row performed badly either, 3 penalties for, 0 against, and 2 tries off scrum set pieces.

A few weeks ago I thought you were taking the piss with your selections. This week they are pretty much spot on.

Not much to argue with. The tahs scrum was good, but the reds held their own against the bulls, who probably have a better scrum than the bulls. That leaves the front rowers work around the park. I would like to pick some tahs, but I can't justify it from what I saw, although admittedly I only watch 60 mins of the tahs before I got fed up.

No one said the Reds front row weren't good. It was probably pretty much line ball. But what Finsbury Girl actually said (and barbarian objected to) was this:

And so it descends into a joke once again with the rabid 'tahs men somehow promoting their own even though they were embarrassed across the park and totally man fucked.

Which I think is right out of order!

You need to go back to Planet Rugby where that kind of behaviour is accepted.

I'm inclined to agree. There's shades of hypocrisy in an inflammatory statement of that nature, completely dismissing another team's supporters as 'rabid tahs men' regardless of the merit of the suggestions. It's exacerbated because in this case there is at least a degree of merit to the discussion that was raised.

I agree, i think you will find there are a few forumer's who are a tad over QWERTY's comments after what some interpreted 'border-line trolling' in Reds threads...

To say the Tahs front row outperformed the Reds front row is a pretty decent comment. I mean Hanson didn't even start. You cannot tell me he played better than TPN. TPN didn't disgrace himself at all during the game. The same goes for the whole Tahs front row who dominated the Blues scrum. Not only did they achieve success in the scrum but Robinson and Kepu were dynamic around the park. I'm not saying you should all share the opinion but Finsbury Girl's attack on the Tahs as a result was uncalled for.
