2. Waugh. He does so many little things well in tight situations, and so often. The penalty for not releasing was garbage.

I agree. Kepu still has not looked convincing at scrum time and I have never seen him dominate like Tilse did last night. Tilse has the added advantage of being able to cover both sides and plays a lot tighter than Kepu as well.
