Phil Hardcastle (33)
3. Mumm
2. Palu
1. Mitchell

The forwards were at the heart of this win, but I had to give Mitchell a point for his first try - tap and go and strong lunge for the line which got the scoring underway.

A good sign. 11 of the starting team and 1 of the bench have received votes so far. No love for Fat Cat, Burgo, Carter or the SOS!

Pfitzy

Nathan Sharpe (72)
Burgess wasn't bad, and neither was Robinson. Just that we didn't dominate the scrum and all the really great work came after the first pass. Have to say though that Burgess was solid bar one or two passes, but again the Lions defence didn't run up and smash him at any point either. He got to almost every ruck he needed to.

Captain America. Yes, he really is.

#1 Tah

Chilla Wilson (44)
3. Turner and his invisible boot
2. Holmes (Burgo still did enough to secure no 9 for next week, assuming he can find his ear)
1. Mumm. Great all round. warming up to fill horwill's place in the wallabies

and a special mention to cliffy palu, who is the strongest bloke on the field, yet can be replaced by no-one.

Henry

Bill Watson (15)
3. Mitchell. 4 trys. A ridiculous 99 fantasy points. MOTM?
2. Holmes. Three trys held up. He was there each time, kept the score like respectable...
1. Mumm. Great midfield breaks and linking with the backs.

Special mention to nearly everyone except Anesi...

The invisible man went pretty well, kept the scrum locked in and we scored once or twice while he was on.

1, Holmes - Had an impact when he came on. Looked to attack every time he got the ball.

the gambler

Dave Cowper (27)
3. Mumm - Bounced back from a bit of a shocker last week. Was worried when he nearly dropped the first kick off
2. Douglas - This kid is good.
1. Dennis. - Hoping he hangs onto his spot ahead of Mowen. Offers a more rounded game.
