Ordinary performance overall.

3. Mcalman (thought he got through a mountain of work in defense, took a lot of ball to the line and was one of the few forwards to not surrender at the point of contact. I've honestly been surprised at some of the criticism he's copped.)
2. KB (Kurtley Beale)
1. Kepu

Thought rocky and Vicks played alright for their first real hit outs for a while.

2. Elsom
1. McCabe - only incumbent to show composure in face of rampaging Samoa.

Honorable mention McCalman, Vickerman.

I dont like the fact that im choosing palyers with such little game time.... but the rest of the team where very poor.
HM- McCabe, because he played like a real Inside Centre should. I recon he may go well outside Quade.

Beale offered a lot off the bench too. Wallaby breakdown was shocking.

It's normally not that hard for me to pick a 3-2-1 but because this week took me a while it got me thinking. When giving a 3-2-1 should we be looking at how well a player played or how much heart they showed. i.e. McCalman? I think as a #8 he failed to have a good game but as a player who "got through a mountain of work in defense, took a lot of ball to the line and was one of the few forwards to not surrender at the point of contact" as well put by TheNextBigThing do I do as he did and give him 3, or do I give him nothing as when higgers came on he had more impact, but it was against tiring opposition and he only put in 20 minutes worth (don't know exactly but this is a hypothetical)? Your thoughts?

2/ Beale
1/ Digby

HM - McCabe, Sharpe

These players get the points because they were the ones that showed the heart and guts to try and create something and get us out of that mess.
