Same can be said for several other players in the 22. It's called injuries.

Keep peddling this anti-Rebels garbage please, it's pure comedy.

Don't like Inman at all. Didn't like him when he was at the Force (but was at least hopeful he might come good) and still don't like him now that he isn't. There are a dozen players I'd have in the centres before Inman. Especially at 13.

What is it with the Single Malts and the ground markings at Murrayfield?

There isn't much of the pitch covered in blue paint, but both last week and this week, the players end up looking like Braveheart extras with blue paint ALL over them, faces, hair, shorts, jumpers and legs.

So we beat the Soap Dodgers and the Saffers have slipped home against the Single Malts.

According to Gagger maths IRB Rankings seem to have Saffers ranked 2 with 86.05, and the Men in Gold in a solid 3rd place with 85.95.
Les Frogge stay in 4th regardless on 84.85 or 82.85
Soap Dodgers drop to 81.96 and could be pushed to 6th if the Argies get up vs Les Frogge.
Los Pumas will either stay in 6th on 80.02 or move to 5th on 82.02.

What a difference a day makes?

Indeed Hugh indeed! I was warming up the pipes to play a lament for the Wallabies but bugger me they go and beat the Poms! As a 12 year resident of Pomgolia that makes me feel very very happy, and I will be sure to wear the colours when I go to buy the Times tomorrow morning. :D

I think it's a disgrace what the RFU did to the jersey... I despise but reluctantly respect English rugby, so it's a shame to see the players made to run around looking like some Stade Francais wannabes.

Much better Wob scrum.

Having said that I have no idea how Marler kept his spot after the SA tour. He got his arse handed to him in SA. Not as test class prop.

Slightly off-topic...

But it's interesting to see a uncle and nephew playing in different national sides in these test matches..

Ole Avei is playing for Samoa and His uncle Digby Ioane for the Wobblies.

If they ever play each other at test level It would have to be a first.

As much as I love McCabe, his determination and passion in the green and gold, I have to say we need to keep Taps at 12, I hope we keep our centre pairing of Taps and AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) for the next 2 games and into 2013.

Also, finally chip kicks with purpose! Wallabies playing smart for once. Ben Alexander was great in the scrum which was a big surprise, Kepu has some work to do in this area to get his number back.

TPN is great, but Moore looked a lot sharper when he game on. TPN did take a knock, but i still think Moore deserves to start, line-out was much better when he was throwing, and TPN has been having trouble with ball security lately, he a great ball-runner but too many lost balls in contact in the last few Test.

Barnes made a big difference, Kurtley played well. Hooper played outstanding once again.
Didnt notice Dennis much again?

Nice one wallabies.

Who dresses the Soap Dodgers?

Paul Tazewell perhaps? Award winning Costume Designer from Broadway production of "The Colour Purple".

The recent years costume effects from the Soap Dodgers in 15's and 7's puts paid to Will Carling's claim a number of years back that the RFU was run by a bunch of boring old farts.

Canada thumped Russia 35-3
past two games have been broadcast live in canada on the major sports network, tsn.
there's a link on rugbycanada.ca to watch the game online - the samoa game is available on demand and i believe the russian game will be too.

Does the TAB have books open for John Eales medal 2013? I wanna put money on Cummins right now. Another sensational game from our #1 winger.

Has the Myth Woodcock borrowed the Cloak of Invisibility? How the hell did he get away with driving in an up in most of the scrums last night against Italy. Perhaps the refs are scared of getting given a Dickenson moment if they police the AB scrum?
