You seemed to get over it!

of course, as hinted by the word 'whilst'.

I mean the world of pun and innuendo is a marvellous place!

I see a picture of Drew Mitchell dressed in full wallaby kit in a wheelchair with his leg in a cast passing the ball

words underneath - "Deans 1st XV"

many other players could also be used.

One for a bit of both and work in progress as I don't know all the cups we don't have:

Looking backwards back;
---------------------------------------------
0 x Bill +
0 x Bledisloe +
0 x etc (can others help fill in please)
=
0 x Deans

Looking forwards front;
---------------------------------------------
1 x Hope
=
1 x Link

Trying to think of one that works on the theme Deans is from the land of rugby (NZ) and Link is from the land of AFL.

This one would only work on the XXXXL T shirt

In the begining there was rugby and it was good.
When it went bad, a Saviour was delivered to us by Lord John.
In the first year, the Saviour delivered victories over old foes and it was good and the people were happy.
In the second year, the Saviour broke even and it was good and the people were happy.
In the third year, the saviour delivered two victories over The Darkness, but still no Cup, but it was good because Bill was coming, and the people were happy.
In the fourth year, it was the Year of Bill and there was much hope across the land.
The Saviour made the people happy until he forgot to take backups to bring Bill Back.
Lord John was happy with the Saviour and spoketh to the people that the Saviour had more work to do and that he was happy, and it was good.
In the fifth year, the Saviour was challenged with a Tempest in Newcastle and a Toxic environment, and a plague of injury and sickness was visited upon The Team. The people were becoming unhappy, and it was not good.
In the sixth year, the Saviour was challenged by a Red invasion from the North, and victory was near but the people were unhappy because the the Saviour was not one of their own.
The Lords of the Darkness sent a message to the Saviour, "Come home, Robbie, your work is done", and the Lord Bill said to the Saviour "You are tired and need a break".
A new Saviour has been delivered to the people, and they are happy and it is good.
