Think you are overestimating the damages plaintiffs are usually awarded in class actions. Theyll get some compensatory damages but a nominal amount relative to the actual losses theyve suffered if successful I reckon.So basically cover the costs they've incurred, some amount of damages and drive change in how CTE is handled. I imagine one of the key factors will be long term financial support for the decline that comes with age as a result of these injuries - we've already seen a lot of the worst impacts land well after the players are out of the game and no longer supported by it, so I imagine that's a key piece they want to change.
