The girls did very well in making the final. Lost, but that's OK.

The Men's side are just under achievers. Pretty piss poor effort
for a home Commonwealth Games competition.
 

I like to watch

Very successful at women's level no denying but that doesn't just translate to men. Hope he is successful but due process in advertising and interviewing for job was not followed.
I think successfully coaching national women's 7s team is more relevant to coaching men's 7s, than a history of poor to mediocre results in coaching men's 15s.

Due process is not a feature in any RA's appointments for any role.

He's there now,I hope he succeeds.
I'm confident he will improve things.

Losing 1 game out of 5, without Holland, Stannard, Jenkins, and Kennewell is piss poor ?
