Me too, but it's good to get to the end of the season missing just one major player.
No RWV, no Cridge. Still no Swinton (though that’s been all year).
Still, I agree. It’s a good side to be able to bring and we’re every chance if we ensure Berry has a quiet night and we don’t give him any excuses to punish us.

That's a good Tahs side. I give them a chance of pulling it off this week.
Yeh would like to see Perese in but still strong team and no reason they can’t pull it off. Although we could have all 3 oz sides knocked out this weekend I will still claim it as good improvement on last season. Obviously further improvement needed but given constraints (closed border competition and kiwi depth) I am happy with what oz sides achieved including rebels and force who finished well.

To be fair, the Tahs weren't actually pushed off the ball, Holtz was popped, which is more one prop dominating his opposite number rather than the whole scrum being rolled. It was a bit of a lesson for Holtz, and it got to him, as he started early engaging after that. Hopefully he emerges all the better from the experience.
I think holtz’s progress and development this season been one of the pluses. As young prop he seems to have an exciting future.

Just reading the list and noticed porecki at Redlands school wise…don’t recall the latter as rugby school…which competition do they play in…CAS?

Redlands play ISA, schools like Oakhill, St Pius X (where Hooper was at school), Chevalier at Bowral, and some good country schools like Stani's in Bathurst and Kinross Wolaroi in Orange

We really miss Perese, we just lack gain line punch.

Newsome has looked really good at 15 this year (surprised me and in retrospect he seems another victim of his own versatility) , but a place holder at 13

Tall order beating the Chiefs over there, even if they haven't been particularly great lately.
