What do you know about the tour? Will Aloys scrape more than one win at all this season, including trial matches? The Rugby program has taken significant leaps forward, and the Rugby Tour of the UK and France was supposedly successful. They had a victory last season in the Ross Fagan Shield.
I do not see Cranbrook coming second this year, would be very surprised if they make it to the top 3Predicted table for CAS 2024
1. Knox
2. Cranbrook
3. Waverley
4. Barker
5. Trinity
6. St Aloys
Knox’s forward pack last year was unique. 6 gen blue. Won’t see that again from any school. This year the back row will be extremely good if Orr is fit. The front row loses size but will be fast and mobile with great ball players. Second row unclear. Backs will be very fast and most in their second year of 1sts.On paper you would reckon Knox and Waves this year, but Knox forward pack is nothing like last years, the backs should dominate though, so if their forwards can gain parity they should go well. Barker could be a smokey, still some talent there but are also rebuilding.
Last years Cranbrook boosters have gone quiet on this page.
Barry, think you are spot on in every position. This will be a terrific side, the early games v the GPS should indicate that, assuming this side is on the paddock.Waverley 1stXV Predicted Lineup
