Capacity Crowd Tipped For Rebels Opener

I'm from melbourne & this whole sporting capital of Australia is rubbish, Victoria will never have a problem getting crowds to go to AFL but after round 1 & 2 the rebels crowd will be very similar size to that of the Storm & they'll get about 10-15,000 if they are going well.

I think Brisbane may have taken that title. Strong following for the three footy codes and a soccer team that is wiping their competition off the park. All within a smaller population.

Forget AFL, they are in a league of their own. I hope the Rebels can use the earlier start to their season to get the jump on the Storm who are the real competition.

i think a table with crowds comparing a team that wins alot to a team that doesnt will always show a marked improvement, brisbane is enjoying that at the moment, but a drop in standard is never ignored by the general public.

I do think the one team in each code is a big advantage for Brisbane but the variety in codes is impressive.

agreed, it wasn't that long ago that the Tahs were playing to a full house.
