Bulls vs Stormers RD2 SR2013

Apologies for going off topic, but the way the TMO was used this morning was concerning. First the game was stopped for almost two minutes to see if a kick in general play was touched before it went dead (when there was no point scoring in doubt), and then it was used, in part, to confirm a decision that had already been made. The extension of the TMO should have been limited to one phase back.

Congrats to the Brutes and a great start to their 2013 S15 season. The Stormers was well off the pace and still in a bit of CC babelaas. Lineouts and scrums a mess. You'll never beat the Brutes if you cant get your 1st phase going. At the least we strung the phases a few times and look like more running withit compare to the past when we had the never ending ball chasing. Still a lot of pre season rust but I am positive it will be better as the season goes.

Pre-season rust is a crock of shit.

All the SA teams always use that as an excuse.

Look at the Kiwi teams. There's no rust there.They just get on with it.

It all went wrong for the Stormers though with the set piece under pressure and Jantjes looking lost. It turned out to be a big mistake to play him.

We'll take it though.

We had a mix of rust in our babelaas. Myself also expect us to lose on saturday against the Sharks, we'll get better tho, pretty sure about that.
