Now, noone can deny the Bulls deserve to be top of the heap but I am getting increasingly annoyed with their habit of taking out players under the bomb. Wynand Olivier is a prime offender (I will look at the ball at the last minute after lining up their full back) and the Boks do the same thing. Refs need to sort this out. Sorry Blue. ;)

It's not the only one they are getting away with. They are at times mauling illegally.

Point is, they are getting away with it. Like MacCaw. He cheats coz he gets away with it And like Phil Waugh who has perefected lying on top of the ball carrier. :)

Excuse me, but what's objectionable in twatting backs under a high ball...? :nta:

Would you, in the last month of my rugby-playing life, deny me the few pleasures left to an old blindside...?

Because it is one of the most dangerous plays in the game. Taking out a players legs while he is in the air is frought with danger. Thomo - for someone who has studied the safety aspect of the game I am surprised you are able to joke about an act that is so dangerous.

Now you're just being silly. Nobody is condoning taking players out in the air. I am sure Thomo in his Irishness is referrign to snotting the blouse as the little bitche's dainty feet hit mother earth.

That is the natural way of things - can't imagine he is talking about anything else :lmao:

Testify!

It was a bad day's work when we allowed them to call for marks when off the ground, is all I'll say. I miss that look of fear on their faces as you thundered down on them, the ball dropping vertically in a nasty swirly gale of rain. It was so rewarding...
