I assume the crowd will be small, with fans worried they may catch the virus.
With the PM's ban on crowds over 500 starting at midnight, many people will exercise caution and just not go today.
This game could be a sample of the rest of the season - home country games only in front of mums and dads only.

good wrestle up front at the moment.

beale with the obligatory kick it away aimlessly to get his game under way.

Up the Guts

Simmons opens up the Waratah's account with a great breakout from their own 22. Brumby defence positively porous.

Brumbies struggling to contain the short passing game of the Waratahs' forwards. Mark finishes brilliantly again to put the Tahs up. Fitzy running rings around them.

Marky Mark (Nawaqanitawase) in the corner after some great work by fitzpatrick. some real urgency in support running today.

Uh huh

Alfred Walker (16)
Pretty sure Martin just pronounced Ala'alatoa with one too many 'ala's. Thought he was never going to finish.

Tahs screwed over again by Rasta. Should be Rasta apologising to Bell.

I tend not to remember the refereeing tendencies of each official, so I can't say whether it's his personal style or a product of the occasion (probably a dead rubber and the last game for ages), but he seems to be heavily favouring the attacking side in all facets of the game. So far it's paying off and I thank him for it.
