Guys, there's been a bit of cross posting of results before punters have had a chance to watch their recordings. If you spot it help us out and report the post or ask the poster to pull it down. Please don't quote the post t just gives us more to delete. Reported posts will be deleted with no effect for the poster.

The Aussie Derby Pole of Hatred ranks this derby as the second most violently parochial of all the aussie derbies. I fully expect this thread to yield the following:
  • someone to get called a "Sydney wanker"
  • someone to get called an "east coast elite dickhead"
  • NSFW to ship 50.
  • Sully to be pushed to breaking point.
  • Pfitzy to not post at all in the thread cos on Saturday his head accidentally reflected the sun onto his Tesla power wall and the stupid thing exploded
  • Brumby Runner to get yelled at

Don't know if I can watch this, it will potentially ruin the rest of my week. The people who tune in will be those who slow down to look at a car crash.

It will be closer than that. The Tahs will be revved up after last week's second half debacle and there will be a lot more steel in the Waratah's defence and breakdown work. But that'll be all in vain; I predict, sadly, a Brumbies win in a close one.

If the Brumbies start the way they did against the Chiefs and even the Sunwolves to a degree there will be nothing close about this. Brumbies by 20+

DP, I'm bloody sure I'm going to get yelled at and I can almost name the culprits. Think I might have to call someone a Sydney Wanker and refer to all Tahs supporters as east coast elite dickheads just to even the score a bit. Might even look at another result to post somewhere along the way just to get under Sully's skin.

Will you just shut up and get back in your box!!

Uh huh

The Brumbies have a tendency to play down to their opponents, and the Waratahs like to save their biggest game of the year for the Brumbies. Expect this to be close.

Rasta Rasivhenge is the referee. Tahs will be wearing their away strip for this one. It's South Africa week so we'll be wearing a jersey that looks remarkably like a Sharks jersey.

What? Teams organising their strip before the match to make sure there is no clash?
Must be something in the water.

Ah, the old conundrum for a Waratah/Wallaby supporter in a local derby. A victory by the Tahs means:

i) you get to stick it to opposition supporters for losing to a shithouse Tahs side; but
ii) said victory by shithouse Tahs side destroys all optimism for Australian rugby built around success of non-Waratah Australian sides.

Ah, the theory of contagious ineptitude, AKA Moronavirus.

Tell the boys to pack the biltong and all will be sweet :)
