I can't see Salvi making the Wallaby WC squad. Which I presume is why he'd come back.

Matty Hodgson is playing so well on Aussie soil and is in exactly the same mold as Salvi.

Hodgson is really playing himself towards a bench loosie spot where he can cover 6, 7 and 8 off the bench, not unlike Masoe was for the All Blacks. He's really improved over the last two seasons which is great to see. I didn't rate him until his breakout year last year - I had many memories of either Hodgson starting starting and being ineffective or coming off the bench and falling off tackles to allow match winning tries. Maturng players like that are always fabulous to see.

Colby, Saia and Anthony could realistically (based on their ranking for their positionin the country) all play for Australia A this year against England. It would be a special day for the Fainga'a family.

Before you tell me this is stupid because Colby doesn't play S14 yet please remember that one of our starting 7s is retiring, one is a kiwi and one is Phil Waugh.

for Australia A? I'd go Hoiles way before I'd go Fainga'a.

You are right. But if they are strictly going for a specialist it would be interesting.

Im not saying it's likely but come on! It's far from "stupid".
