Good to see Muirhead ton up.
Not the biggest, fastest, razzle-dazzliest and definitely not the best defender but to me sums up everything why union is better than jail rugby. Good bloke who works to overcome his deficiencies and plays his part in a backline of superstar's to make them shine.
Can't imagine he will be sticking around beyond this contract though but who are the wingers pushing for his spot?

Very bright last 7 days for the club after the disappointing Lolesio news with a big win up in Queensland and Scott, Meredith, and now Feliuai re-signing through to the World Cup. Great to see him stick around, thought he might go overseas as one of the former Rebels but thankfully sticking with Aussie rugby. Form has been very solid to start the year, big physical presence on the crash ball attack and flattens blokes in defence.

Not sure I agree re his defence (watch the first 20 mins from last weekend) but he definitely looks promising. Hopefully he can string games together heading into finals and keep building.

Did struggle early on with some defensive reads but improved as the match went on. Made a very important tackle on Pakeho during a counter attacking phase halfway through the 2nd half. Was more talking about his physicality on both sides of the ball, nailed a few players from the Highlanders a couple of weeks ago.
