Brumbies 2023

An Argie is training with the extended Brumbies squad, Pedro Rolando:

Nobody knows him in Argentina, he's 33, plays as halfback and is from a tiny rugby club from a low level competition (San Patricio).

He played for Canberra Royals, Vikings and Brumbies South. He's too old to start a professional career. Is he a medical joker or something like that?

Pretty sure Pedro is now strength and conditioning coach at Royals, so that might explain why he's involved. He's been a massively important player over the years: https://act.rugby/news/behind-the-cups-with-pedro-rolando-2022826

It looks like it might have just been for the 2022 season. I assume that a lack of major sponsor (at least one announced) might be why they haven't unveiled a jersey yet.

Your correct it was only ever for 1 yr & it wasn't the "ray white" brand its was only the local franchise/franchisees that put in the money last yr.

Probably depends on how Wright goes at fullback right? Otherwise Jack Deb could be a option back there.
Larkham is quite a fan of having that cannon foot at 15 rather than a unit who will try to run it back

Yeah, no chance Lolo isn't in the 10 the entire season without an entire meltdown. Obviously injury is the other.

Jack is definitely a squad upgrade from Iona last year. His ability to cover 15 gives the Brums huge flexibility through the backline.
