Nic White and Joe Tomane were stunning for Montpellier against Clermont today. That's what Brumbies need
Perhaps if Cheika had managed it differently they'd still be in AUS rugby.
Yeah, maybe they would.Perhaps if Cheika had managed it differently they'd still be in AUS rugby.
Tomane always go injured when he was in form and White was the 3rd best halfback. What was he meant to do?
Over pay or over promise? Neither is a good option.
Adam Ashley-Cooper was consistently one of our best players.
Without doubt Tomane's best form was in 2016 by which time it was already announced he was going overseas. Then he got injured and didn't play again.
I think you are reinventing history if you're suggesting there was a time when he was close to our best winger before that.
The period he played most of his tests we were drastically short on wingers due to injury. That's also the time Chris F'Sautia and Peter Betham were selected.
Anyway, neither of them will be back in 2017
No my point is he was spotted early as talent but didn't get the opportunity to develop, he isn't alone. ACC played in more losing Wallabies teams than any other player I think. But at least ACC could was a winger. but Horne??
He played 17 tests. That's a fair amount of opportunity.
How many minutes do you think that was?
Example Horne 33 tests 20 points since 2010. But to be fair this isn't about Horne he is an honest hard player just lucky he was Tah under Cheika who became the national coach.
Horne is off north so that shouldn't be a problem.I'm worried we'll see Horne as Cheika's wingman again. heavens.
I think they is excellent talent coming through a few teams now I hope they get a shot to develop further.
