Haven't seen a match thread which blows my mind.

For City, Curtis, QC (Quade Cooper) and the rest of their Reds complement (bar Tapuai) are all likely to see game time. For Country, JJ has won a few MotM's recently and they have some experience and young exciting ones like that Magnay kid.

Should be a good Sunday arvo experience.

Two of the more exciting teams in the comp (qld bias of course) and with QC (Quade Cooper) on deck this should make for an even more exciting game. Only thing is supposed to be wet and miserable all weekend from most reports at this stage, hopefully holds off for some good running rugby.

As a GPS supporter I'm looking forward to the 2014 Premier Grade outside center Kerevi going H2H against the future Premier Grade outside center in Magnay.

City by 16.

Apologies meant to throw one up on Monday, but work has been somewhat full on.

Hope Quade does play, I'm really excited to see him and kerevi on the field together.

Teams will be playing for the Andy Purcell cup http://mobile.news.com.au/sport/rug...ace-at-ballymore/story-fndpu22x-1227067945278

So no Ant Fainga'a either. Good to see Sam Johnson back, and his battle with Kerevi would be awesome if Johnson was match fit.

This one should be a blow out unless Beau takes my advise from the podcast.

On and note Andrew Parker, from townsville Brothers, on the bench. Legit country!

No Holmes, so the Country scrum advantage is gone too. City should walk this in I think.

Looking forward to seeing QC (Quade Cooper) off the bench.

Herman Porter & Rota Setu offer some pretty strong ball carrying options off the bench!

Geez the Reds have done a great job trying to promote this game, on social media anyway. Would love to see a huge crowd out at Ballymore for this!

Interesting City persisting with the 12. Kerevi 13. White combination.

I wouldn't mind seeing Quade come on at 12 late in the game and push Kerevi to 13, something different but may leave the City backline a bit vulnerable defensively.

QRU has definitely been pushing this one on social media, not in a bad way either, something different each time..

I think it'll be a decent crowd
