Hmm, pretty sure I neither coined, nor habitually use those. Not saying people can't use what epithets they like, but it seems to take more effort to substitute them for the actual names. As I said, a curiosity.

Sorry, I was meaning you as in you lot, not you personally. Terms like Mainlander are not really in common usage over here either. Probably even less common than the term "banana bender".
