Bledisloe II @ Eden Park

Dismal Pillock

NZ's biggest test since 2015 RWC final. Bigger than the 3 BI Lions tests in 2017? Fuck yes.Lose this one and not only is the Bled gone but the coaches plans of the last 4 years have been brutally exposed as an utter crock of haphazard bullshit and it's a dead team walking right the fuck into RWC 2019 with a 1991 noose prefitted.

Weather-wise there may be a break in the rain from late afternoon until 10-ish. Then again, being Auckland it may piss down right through. Temp of ~9C & high humidity even if not actually raining so one way or another (or both) it'll be greasy out there.

Give the Poor NZer's a break, they just beat the Argies, drew with Saffa's and we gave them a pasting, hasn't been a very good start to the season.

I do find it ironic that we complained about the neck roll of Poey and were told its a tough game get over it, then the Kiwi's loose a game and all of a sudden we cheated our way to victory.

(P.S. Most the Kiwi's on here are great, talking about the media).

Let's go Wallabies, get stuck in!!!

Watching the women & conditions don't look too bad so maybe that weather window MetService were talking about has eventuated. Nek minnit it'll be pissing down, Auckland's like that (to be fair so is pretty much any place West of the various dividing ranges).

The Wallabies have got to bring the mongrel for this game. Play smart and tough and have a plan B if the conditions are sh#thouse and the fast running attacking style isnt working.

You've got one hand on the Bledisloe, it's been a long long long time since we've held it. Make like a London underground pick pocket, grab the goods and run run run!

They have to know that this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. One up and one to win the thing. SBW is the weak link.

I think this one will come down to who can make the fewest unforced errors and gove away the fewest penalties. If we can scratch up a few points early the ABs will really start to feel the pressure. Don't kick away possesion and hit hard. Let's go boys!

Currently have a hearty spot of torrential rain here in cosmopolitan Onehunga, which is about 20/30 minutes away from the Barad-Dûr.

But if the last few days are anything to go by, it'll randomly stop pretty quick.

Indeed, it's stopped entirely before I finished typing this.

EDIT: Aaaand It's back. Be best to brace for some pretty schizophrenic precipitation and dewological meteorological patterns throughout the current diurnal cycle.
