No. It’s not bad luck at all.

The injuries were unlucky. But stop acting as if all the teams do the same thing but only the Wallabies get caught. Every game you blame the refs and now it’s bad luck as well.

If anything, the Wallabies are lucky Valetini didn’t get carded earlier.

I’ve been watching kung-fu movies for 20yrs… I’m not all surprised your playing days were brief.
How many times do I have to say I think Wayne Barnse did a great job and hardly made any mistakes? Best ref performance I've seen in years. The high shot was unlucky. It happens often and every now and then they see it. The TMO anyway. You must know kung-fu pretty well. Why are you so sad? Relax a little. All blacks were lucky not to get sent a couple of times as well. I'm not here whinging about that. Valetini carded for what ? When he went for the ball and Aaron Smith sold a head shot ? If it was white all the all black fans would be crying about how he should play soccer.

I hope EJ (Eddie Jones) (Eddie Jones) is playing some sort of 4D chess because at the moment it looks like he has absolutely no idea. Nothing I've seen so far has changed my initial reaction when he was hired that it was a terrible decision.

At the moment he's all talk.
As he was with England.

I don’t know kung-fu pretty well….that’s because watching kung-fu or sport for 20yrs doesn’t mean one knows a lot about it - particularly when you only watch with one eye open.

If it had been White instead of Smith, you would have already posted about it 137 times by now, claiming it was the turning point of the game….

You pick Lonergan cause he can kick to the posts. So you have another 10 (Gordon) who doesn't do his main duty. Like the old QC (Quade Cooper) (Quade Cooper) when he couldn't defend his channel in defence some years ago
Meh, you really are on one these days, we have a problem in that at some point, someones going to have to kick at the moment its Qaude or Gordan, we have an option who has a better pass then Tate and can kick.. So pick him.. or just bitch about it.

Now you've done it.

hahaha, you would lose your favorite player, no way are we dropping white for Issac Fines.. but people can dream,

Hahaha. Why are you putting words in my mouth. You're arguing about things I haven't said. Can't even be gracious in victory.

One eye open? I've watched more games in which I don't have a preference to who wins that ones I have. Anyway. I'm not going on with you since your just argumentative and not even arguing with things I have said.

This has nothing to do with the ABs winning. But yes - one eye open just like EVERY Wallaby game you comment on.

For someone who has been watching rugby for 20 years, you didn't know that Scott Barrett was well within his rights to hit McDermott for the first AB try.
"Thanks mate. I thought he had to wait for mcdermit to catch"

Completely wrong on Mark Telea:
"Talea was miles in touch and then passes it and wallabies knock into touch. Hahaha."
"There's 5 points to the all blacks when it should have been a wallaby line out. Really bad call by the touchie."
"All blacks second try is frustrating tho. How the hell a touchie can't see talea with both feet ln touch is beyond me. Then it's all blacks line out maul try."

Looking for the ref to save the Wallabies:
"Would like to see a warning to all blacks soon."
"That should be a yellow card. Terrible sportsman ship from moanga. Absolute disgusting"
"It's how you the best teams win. Boks do it as well. Problem is when we do it we cop cards left right and centre."
"All blacks should have been carded as well. They have been giving away penalties with wallabies in attack alot"

Complaining about decisions:
"It's a ruck for 3 years and then the all blacks just rip the ball out of it. Come on Wayne. It's a fucking ruck"
"How do the all blacks just callapsed a maul and get the ball."
"Wayne wasn't calling any line outs not straight. The abz first line out was on the outside shoulder. He was consistent"
"How is a dummy runner an obstruction?"

Your ridiculous and repeated criticism of Ardie for playing rugby:
"Would love to see a yellow for all blacks soon. Ardie smashed toupo in the ribs in the ruck just then as well."
"Awesome tmo. Let's ruin the game even more even though toup gets smashed in the ribs off the ball Hang in what. A yellow card. Are they high ?"
"Let's allow someone to purposely smash toupo off the ball who has likely broken ribs and then card a wallaby for something that happened many times in the game."
"Ardie smashes toupo in the ribs off the ball. Now this. All blacks playing dirty. So it's ok to be a dog but you yellow card someone for an accident."
"Not be a dog and smash him off the ball where he is obviously injured would be good"

This is how I know you only briefly played rugby. When you step on the field, you don't ask for or expect your opposition to go easy. If you are injured, get off. If you can't get off but you don't want to be hit, don't go into tackles, don't carry the ball up and don't get into the contact areas. That idea that Tupou can run into the tackle area and you expect Savea to be more concerned about his ribs than Tupou himself is, is just dumb. Tupou wouldn't be calling Savea a dog - twice.

I get it. We all love our own team and feel hard done by at certain times with reffing decisions but you consistently blame the ref, think the Wallabies aren't getting the 50/50 calls, are being officiated out of games and claim the opposition are dirty, cheating and getting away with it. Not just last nite. Every. Game.

You don't know rugby.

@Bullrush I think you've mistaken this forum for a place to come have detailed analysis with other passionate, knowledgeable fans when actually it's just a place to heal, let the Big Shig have his venting!
I get it. Honestly, I do. But it happens every game, right throughout the game and it gets ridiculous. The whole Ardie Savea reaction set me off a bit I think.

I know, I know....

Agree… I swore so loud as the team headed to the sheds giving the ABs the try just before half time.

It’s a different speech Eddie is giving and diff attitude coming out of the sheds when it’s 12-7 game and not 19-7

But the wallabies really need to learn to over come this adversity with the ABs… when does the rot end? Need a bledisloe scalp and soon.
SX, it aint like its unexpected, the AB's do it regularly and score in the final minutes of the 1st half because they know most teams are pretty spent and just want to get to the changing rooms.

Eddie needs to put some basics into our guys, the D was average apart from bobbyV and a couple of others. Defence doesn't always win matches but it stops the other team from running away with the score. Which we saw last night.
I think there are two other areas apart from the D, the breakdown was poor - going pathetic agian last night, Set piece, where we should be strong with the size of our pack is average, particularly the scrum. When are we going to start competing in the lineout in our 22? The opposition knows we won't so they use that. With Frost nearly 7ft and big lifters I can't understand why we don't do it, it's not like we are dynamite in our maul defence.

The bottom line is the Top line - about 2" above the eyeballs.

Who’s decision was it to keep him on there? Not only was White fucking around with keeping the ball in the scrum with Tupou being injured but exactly how long did Eddie Jones think he was gonna keep going?

It’s not just the players who weren’t up to it last nite…

TBH - the Wallabies did A LOT better than I thought they would. I was actually impressed with how the forwards fronted up for a lot of that game.
Bullrush, did we watch the same game? The forwards looked dangerous for the first 30 mins and then they were run over by a truck that didn't weigh as much as they did. There were valiant efforts, I give you that bobbyV turned up, as did Bell and I thought Arnold went well off the bench. Shit poor at the breakdown as usual and don't want to see the stats.

Eddie needs to relearn that holding the ball at critical times is the only way to score tries. Giving it away to the best counterattacker in the world is not a smart move.

Agree, he let the game run, and showed no preferences apart from a couple of things we see on TV that he doesn't, I thought he was excellent.

I was impressed because I thought they would get blown off the field in the first 10-15 mins but they gave the ABs forwards a real arm wrestle for some good stretches during the game.

When I saw the team lists, I thought the score might get to a 50-point blowout. I think the injuries took a heavy toll on the forwards obviously and man-for-man, it's hard to see where the Wallabies match, let alone better, their opponent. That's before you even look at the packs as a whole in terms of cohesion, game plan etc.

Like you, I think Valetini played well. I would have liked to have seen Pete Samu in the starting line-up but I've been flogging that horse all week here. Absolutely gutted for Ala'alatoa cos I thought he was a standout against the Argies and I felt he was actually playing some of his best footy. Hopefully, Tupou isn't out for too long.
