keen to see how the argy 12 and 13 go. They had a taste of play in the WC, but will be really important in the Super Rugby season to partner Hernandez. Will they have the depth in fire power to put points on the board out wide without their Euro stars Bosch and Imhoff

I'm watching the game. Argentina can create 2 Super Rugby franchises easily with new players like Ramiro Moyano, Santiago Gonzalez Iglesias, Jeronimo De la Fuente and Emiliano Boffelli. They can win the Super Rugby in their first participation

That was one of the strongest looking BaaBaas teams of recent times and Argentina have beaten them pretty convincingly.

Some great tries scored. Very loose game as you'd expect but with all 23 of the players involved in this match available for Los Jaguares we can be pretty sure they're going to be very strong in super rugby.

Yeah no doubt about that. It's a tough draw, they have a couple of 2 game tours in South Africa as well as 3 weeks in a row in NZ followed by a game in Japan. But they have really good depth in most positions so will be able to rotate their team without much of a drop off.

The team that beat the Barbarians isn't even quite what the full strength super rugby team will be. Guys like Creevy, Hernandez, Tuculet, Lavanini and Montero weren't there.

Safe to say the days of the huge but largely limited skilled wingers are over and skill is preferred. Cordero brilliant and a magnificent tackle on Nadolo who was in space and at full speed.

Lovely skills on display, the Argentine Super side will go close to winning the competition next year if travel doesn't kill them, and wil be extremely competitive in the RC next year. The Boks could well be facing the wooden spoon again unless they get their shit together.

Late in the game it was Sanchez who brought Nadolo down with a great tackle, and got hurt for his trouble, but recovered to score a late try.

Did Cordero also execute a try saving tackle on Nadolo? Just how brilliant in attack is Cordero? Seems to be able to break the line with the ease of NMS. Both smaller players with loads of rugby skills.

Thought Sanchez was just about MOTM. He controls the game from No 10 as good as anyone, including Dan the Man ATM. Argentina's attack was sublime, with any of their backline seemingly able to make inroads into the defence, and the forwards playing with power and finesse.

They will be hard to stop in the Super comp next year despite the travel involved. SA teams struggle because they are on par or below the standard of the Aus/NZ sides they meet, but this Argentina side is a different proposition altogether, being easily one of the best national sides going around in world rugby. Will probably go through the comp undefeated imo.

I think they'll be title contenders but I'd be shocked if they don't lose some games during the season. It's hard to keep winning away games across 3 continents and there are a few teams who will be just as, or nearly as strong on paper. Especially can't see them going undefeated when they tour NZ for 3 weeks (playing against the Blues, Hurricanes and Crusaders).

Nadolo was back to his Tahs days. Dropped almost everything. Barbarians treated the match like a joke, shame really.

Cracking game by the Pumas, as others have said, they will do very well in both the Super Rugby and RC this coming season. Awesome to see how they have come on in the last couple of years. When you think Italy has been playing for about 15 years and gone backwards if anything!!
