I have two beautiful daughters. Fighting off the young blokes tested even my abrasive abilities.

I've invested in a shotgun and rottweiler.
That, and my daughter will be grounded until she's 40 or I'm dead. Whichever comes later.

Just make sure she have a brother. They are the best weapon to have for any dad. Work for me, he just show them the door long before I make a move.

Yeah, I well remember going to lunches and dinners with my daughters when they were 18-22 or so. I recall all the young bucks chatting them up and every so often taking a sly look at me and calculating their chances. Worse was when a 50 years old mate of mine tried to take either or both of them home from a New Year's Eve party.

How old is your daughter, mate?

My little princess is only 3, so I have a couple of years (and a couple of rottweilers) to go before I really have to stress.
Mind you, these days it's less time than I'd like to think.

Problem is... I was such a naughty bugger when I was young (clearly I am completely reformed man now.. :praying: ) that I fear the worst!

How old are yours these days Biffo?

Mine is 19 now. Getting the age where you start lost control but Oom Paarl is quite handy with either pocket knife or mauser or balls rekkie. I cut balls and making a cross over the arse in one movement.

33 and 34 and both doing excellently in careers. I am a grandfather.

You have lots of pleasure and pain ahead. I hope the former outweighs the latter as much for you as it did for me.

Mates of mine in SA agreed long since that if they ever have daughters, the day they turn 12, they're going into the tower in the Karoo in the middle of the minefield.

My family doesn't do girls; four in about forty live births in the last five generations. Thank you, lord, thank you... :thumb

I've a nephew who's heading for three. All twinkly-eyed charm and definitely from a long, long line of blindsides/donkeys and props. With the sort of Cork accent that I know from experience can sweep impressionable young Cape ladies off their feet.

Be afraid, Billy, be very, very afraid... ;)

Nah its time for Billy to get that boy. He dont want to go watch only netball.

If you and Thomo want the recepy, Oom Paarl have them all.

Would you be seen anywhere, live or dead, wearing a Wallaby shirt? :)

Not unless I'd lost a serious bet mate :lmao:

or unless it would guarantee me some leg-over with both the Minogue sisters.

I'd like to respond tit for tat to your sub text, but I can't think of any two ladies from your country I'd put my leg over :lmao:

Charlize Theron and Minki vd Westhuizen, lightly oiled and carrying, respectively, a chilled bottle of the Diemersdal SB and the Annandale Cavalier...?

'Scuse me, I'll just be back in five minutes...

What are you going to do for the other 4 min and 30 seconds? :fishing

;)

As for the Saffa lasses. I plan to reacquaint myself with them in 2010. Looks like I will be back in Africa in March for the first time in 10 years for a wedding in Durban. I already checked the S14 schedule, and the Sharks will be in the Antipodes. Depending on whether I fly into Jhb or CT, I will go and see the Bulls or the Stormers in action.
