This is my first post. Just thought I'd get it out there that Avoca Beach Rugby Club, on the Central Coast, has just won it's 6th 1st Grade title in a row. The 2nd Grade won their 5th in 6 years.

Sounds like they are the Sydney Uni of the coast. I used to play against their golden oldies. They were a good team too!

Matt Hodgson's club, IIRC. I'm a Trojans supporter myself.

Yeah, it is Matt Hodgsons' junior club. Also Jesse Parahi who toured with the Oz 7's last couple of games.

Coached,I believe,by the "great " Grant Grizzle Russell.

Absolutely, Grunter was one of the first grade coaches this year. Also coached by Mark Ella in 2002. Quite a big thing for the club at the time.
