At the same time, it's not like JS has been sitting around doing nothing. He's played in arguably the highest level of NRL; SoO.

There are no doubt differences in the two codes, but an under's line in Union is still an unders line in League.

Spoiler alert: Campo is being ignored, and doesn't like it.

But gee, he loves pissing in the tent.
From the article:

"And then there’s [head coach] Joe Schmidt. He has no idea about Australian rugby. He’s a New Zealander. He’s not interested in finding out who we are. We used to counter-attack or, at least, attack from the opposition 22. Now, we maul from the 22. That’s not Australian rugby. We used to attack! In Australia, we need to entertain to get people to watch."

Yeah...all the Aotearoa coaches at the Brumbies - the most successful Australian Super Rugby franchise - have forced them to do all those mauls huh Campo?

Yeah you're not wrong.

I just like how there's no self reflection in there, and absolutely no recognition that they game has changed since the amateur days. If Campo is bemoaning the lack of his compatriots in the set up maybe have a think about why that is.

Oi Campo.

Spell it.

My favourite part is when the veil comes away from his heroic rhetoric "“I’ve been cancelled, so the only way I can get my message across is through my own podcast, Campo: Uncut & Uncensored."

ah, there we go.

Also, while I agree TT needs to do more, Campo of all people saying he should "grow some balls" is a bit crook. Bloke was an attacking gem, but in all other facets a neutered Chihuahua.

At least he had the guts to admit he "[has] no idea about props" before commencing to spray about - a prop. There is a grain of truth there, that TT needs to do more - but these forii have said that about multiple props over the years.

Campo was the most talented attacking Australian winger I have ever seen, however that was about it.
I was behind the goal-line at a test in Sydney (took a mob of juniors down) and Taine Randall was storming at the tryline with only Campo to beat. Wasn't a problem, Campo actually took a step the left to get out of his way, stuck his right hand out as if he was expecting to collect a ticket and Randall scored unimpeded. It was one of the worst things I've ever seen from a professional test player, I've never forgotten it and nor did a number of the kids (some have mentioned it to me 25 years later).
For him to talk about people growing balls just demonstrates the tool that he is (albeit a physically gifted on).

I don't understand the negative attitude towards Campo. I see him spending days coaching juniors and attending junior carnivals. He recognizes kids he coached for a day several months past and speaks positively to them. If only more ex-top players were as involved as Campo we would see the game in a much healthier state.

It's all good he's coaching juniors etc, it's just the entitled attitude re RA and it's administration

Seems to have his own team mates offside these days as well. That speaks for itself about him.
One I'll shall not mention said at a lunch that campo's best position wasnt inside or outside centre - it was self centered. Thought that was quite funny.
