A somewhat minor gripe.

One thing I have noticed occurring a lot lately is team's benched players hanging around in the in goal area.

I'm going to say it bluntly: I hate this. In this video around the 2:16 mark, the players have strolled over halfway into the in goal area. What are the ref's doing? Shouldn't there be someone managing these players? I have no problem with players warming up on the sideline or behind the in goal area, but when they waltz onto the the field like a herd of cows looking to graze, it really gets my goat (seems to be a theme here...). Surely there is a rule against having more than 15 players on the field?

*sigh* That's all.

I'm all for a good gripe, but if they're not impeding play, I really can't see where the problem is here...

While we're at minor gripes btw, I have to add that i have had a GUTFUL of people using 'defense' instead of 'defence'. Fuck, I know there are many worse crimes (grammatical and otherwise) out there but for some reason this just shite me to tears.

It's fucking DEFENCE people. FUCK.

With Jnor I hate the Americanisation of our whole vocabulary to a large degree this is due to spell checks I know. I agree its defence not defense and definitely not D.

Posting on my iPhone automatically changes it to 'defense', tough shit, I'm not gonna bother changing it

I would have thought that the warming up of reserves/substitutions on the sideline or behind the try line is managed by the 4th official
