Was he (Ratu) in 1st or 2nd . I thought Eadie was solid. The other wing Edwards never really got any play his way but he was in the 20s last year and narrowly missed australian selection. I did notice another winger in the 1st trial but not sure who he was. No.11. Im hoping it's him. I know no. 24 came on in the 2nd trial but played fullback. I think it was ngamanu though?

Ratu played #13 in the second game and was changed with Riley (18) who played #13 in the first game. Correct Ngamanu 24 came on for Setu. #11 first game I think replaced Edwards in the second game.

Thanks for that info HTC, I don't really know who is the ideal centre as they( Riley & Ratu )never really got comfortable due to poor service or getting ball under extreme pressure. Few balls were fumbled and chances went begging but they are both potentially strong with ball in hand. IMO centres are creators. Fingertip control and wrist pass under pressure defines a class centre. I'm hoping to catch some of that Saturday nite.

BORED

Possible bench players named second with one back to be dropped and two forwards added.
1. Harry Hoopert/ #1 first game
2. Effie Maafu
3. Gavin Luka
4. Harry Hocking
5. Angus Blythe
6. #8 first game/ Calum Ball
7. Liam Wright
8. Angus Scott Young
9. Harry Nucifora/ Jordan Lenac
10. Hamish Stewart/ Isaac Lucas
11. Sam Edwards/ #11 first game
12. Alex Horan/ Tony Hunt
13. Dylan Riley
14. Will Eadie
15. Jayden Ngamanu/ Clifton Setu
Sadly it may be Isaac Lucas to go as Alex Horan can cover for #10. Ball can cover Lock & loose. They will need a second hooker and maybe another loose.
My apologies for the numbers as I don't know their names but it is in reference to the trial played on Saturday.

Brayden Schiller maybe also be a consideration for the second game in the front row. He had to carry drinks for the two trial games and has only gone back to full contact training this week after being concussed at training two wees ago. Heard he as been told to seek out a trail game this weekend to get some match fitness.

Sorry HTC , is that the actual team to play Saturday you posted a few days ago?, was under the impression it was a stab in the dark, you certainly got the jackpot if so? Dylan Riley was in the 20s last year so that's probably why Ratu was overlooked, having said that, Riley is a good strong player but I'd like to see the backs control their passes. Hopefully we see a crispier back line Saturday.

HTC, YOUR SELECTED SQUAD

Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
I haven't seen the squad yet. I think my selection will be close but I reckon starting is Hunt at 12, Ball at 6 with Alex on the bench, Eadie and Edwards wings, Riley outside, Ngamanu fullback with Harry and Hamish in the halves. The rest of the forwards pretty much as is.

Gen Blue v Force now at the field near Kippax lake (opposite the SCG) at 5.30.but that could change. I want to get a job in marketing at one of the a Super franchises. It doesn't appear as though you have to do much..

Can't argue with that, Silverado - as evidenced by the fact that the Waratahs web-site still has the information for last year's U/20s tournament......
