Poms into the GF, absolutely smashed the Irish. My boys up next v the Sethfrickens, hoping for the best but expecting we'll be in the bronze medal match on Friday.

If we are, it's daylight from England. South Africa might just have something to say about that too.

And our performance against England sort of proved it, they smashed Ireland who got into the semis at least we were a little more competitive. I have no doubt we'd beat NZ and possibly SA.

1st try to NZ, our hooker whose name I can't begin to spell over in the corner, Mo'Unga misses from the TL.

Hooker seems to be stationed on the wing, he's made 3 runs there already, this has to be deliberate & possibly due to the size of the SA 14? He's huge.

Lineout & scrum both better than last week but SA clearly better at both, also they're kicking longer than us. Ah fuck, intercept try to Pollard under the sticks, 5-7 coming up. We gotta play at 100mph & run their big guys (iow, all of them) off their feet.

Should have dived from 4m out. No need to fend a bigger man there when momentum would have got him there.

Keep it moving, but don't be afraid to bash it up in close. THey're spreading on defence and a quick break through the middle will result in points.

Geez that musta been close, no TMO review but all good, 5m scrum under the sticks, quick heel & here we go again - try time! Fuck, lost it as he crossed the line.

Wow, ref says he's happy with play on, AR says no so ref asks TMO for a recommendation which is YC. Thought a penalty would've sufficed, no real malice in it. Kick is good, 8-7 NZ.

Then again they go a bit harder on that stuff at youth level.

Oh unless you're an Aussie halfback and get kicked in the face.
