Placid will probably cost us a spot in the tournament.

What a stupid comment ...

Placid has made 3 or 4 try-saving tackles on players that his team mates in the front line missed, if it weren't for his speed that overlap wouldn't have been on to start with... He isn't responsible for England scoring 38 points, that is why Australia will miss a spot in the tournament..

I hate this attitude of fans picking one mistake and then holding that player accountable for the overall teams failure...

Pommies are reading our long cut out passes like a nursery rhyme. Not gaining any advantage at all. No defenders being taken out.

Try something different.

It doesn't matter how good he has been. One error cost us a try which would've netted 2 points and kept us in the tournament. No need to sugarcoat it, it's reality.

There has been numerous errors which have cost us tries...

Australia's place in the tournament is compromised by having 38points scored against them, that is the reality of the situation.

Soap Dodgers did look impressive, and vulnerable.

<choking on these words> They did look the goods and deserved this victory.

Of course he isn't but in the end he cost us - big time by an unforgivable, selfish act.

What a ridiculous attitude to have towards 19year old kids playing their best.. Mistakes happen, get a grip..

Australia were beaten by the better team, conceding 38points is the reason Australia lost.

I bet they even did a 2 on 1 drill the day before.

It's quite possible we're the 2nd best team there. From what I've seen no one will match England.

NZ vs Saffers now. Should be a good tough game.

NZ looked a little uninspiring against Samoa, but they did what was necessary and never looked like being beaten.

Some ugly looking brutes in the Saffer team. This will not be an easy game for either team to win.

Saffas putting in the big hits and booting the leather off the ball.

No surprises there. :D
