Thanks Moses, now I will be 100% informed when I have (weekly) forgotten to set the IQ for Friday Night games.

Seriously though, cheers, great idea.

You can series link Super rugby games so it'll automatically record everything.

Will this work with iCal Moses?

Fantastic!, this will really piss of the missus.

"Want to go out Sat the "x"?

Sorry busy .....................

Oh Bugger, I will miss out on seeing the Tahs win the final in Sydney - Brandenburg Orchestra night (or I will need immense negotiation skills.)

Any chance of getting the international season?

Awesome Moses. Thanks. I don't know if it was your engineering or my outlook but it even automatically adjusted for time zone differences. It is now so much easier to just copy and paste the events into the office shared calendar marked as "conference calls" so my colleagues know that every friday morning (friday night game NZ or OZ time) from Feb to July I am not to be disturbed.

Thanks Moses. Champion effort. I clicked the link and clicked save but it only saved the first game. Any tips?

I've just done the International season, kick-off times are guesses at this stage but download them from the first post

What software are you using? Does it tell you how many events were imported?

I have Office Outlook. All I did was click on your "2011 Super Rugby Schedule" link and hey presto, a second calendar titled "greenandgoldrugby 2012 Super 15" appeared in my Outlook, and all with the games scheduled local time for me (i.e. France time is same as SAfrica time). It imported up to and including "Super Rugby#118" on saturday 14 july as well as the five finals games. I will try the internationals now.

Worked same way again into a third calendar for the June tests so all good there but it didn't work for the Rugby Championship because my Outlook thinks it's titled the same as the June tests calendar and wants to replace it. Clearly it's not so maybe it's the problem of my Outlook. I will have another go.

Edit - I very easily just dragged all the international games from the subsequent calendars into the Super 15 calendar and renamed it so to have one single G&GR calendar.

You are opening the calendar, different from importing.

File => open (or something like that) and navigate to the .ics file you downloaded and import that way.
