There is balance if you could be bothered reading instead of writing.
I did not say he had a shocker - i said he was unconvincing: a word I chose because I knew that the Queensland cheer squad would be patrolling and god forbid that anyone should express other than unqualified enthusiasm for a Red.
You blokes would pick Lenin in the Wallabies, straight from colts!

Lol now you are just acting like a twat with complete disregard for reality.

Number 2 in the world!!! Deans for 2015.

'And the Three Amigos - Big JON, Dingo and Nuci - could be heard chanting "WE'RE NUMBER 2! WE'RE NUMBER 2! WE'RE NUMBER 2! Throughout the land!'

I never said you made "sweeping" statements.. I defended my own right to not be overly judgmental on a player after one game..

If that statement, which included the word "sweeping" was no directed at me, I apologise.
I must say that its hard to read it any other way.

I thought Taps had a fine debut in difficult circumstances. Wasn't spectacular, but offered more than AAC (Adam Ashley-Cooper) has in weeks past. Would like to see him get a run at 12 though.

Ugly game to watch, but thought the Wobs did what we wanted a showed some guts. Travelling around the globe with a short prep time and new combinations everything was against them.

Badger played a good debut just didnt get a lot of ball in attack but tackled well. Taps looks promising aswell, nice banana kick into touch in that game.

Am I the only one who thinks that was a solid performance bar the handling errors? I was happy with the effort and intensity and reckon Deans should stay after that performance? No?

Reality?
Get over yourself.

Yep, I was against Harris at 15 as I've stated numerous times, I was also against Harris at 10 when the idea was propositioned.. I said Higgers and Simmons should be dropped.. Heck I never even supported the selection of Tapuai at 13..

But hey, us QLD fan boys would support the selection of Lenin.... Isn't that what you just said??

So yes, you show disregard for reality and have now provided evidence of making sweeping statements... Well done

I didn't think Taps went too badly. I haven't seen much of him as I haven't watched many Reds games over the past few years. He did butcher a try and made a few mistakes but he seems like more of a 12 - he is quick and physical, but not one dimensional and seems to be able to kick and pass. I'd like to see him get a run at 12 with a bit more time to settle in to the back line. McCabe, depending on injuries, to 12 or 15. Not that I can see Deans doing that.

Also, that banana kick that he did was an absolute beauty.

I thought both taps and cummins had good games with limited chances. Yes taps stuffed a try but did some good things. Cummins good under the high ball great in defence didnt see much ball but will be better for the run.

Im more worried about digbys game bar the try i think he turned the ball over every time he got it. Defenders have him worked out they know he wont pin his ears back and try and get around you he will ALWAYS cut back in and is ripe for the picking.

Bryce thats pretty much him. He has all the skills to be a solid test 12. You can't fault McCabe for his honesty and determination, but a 12 he is not.
