Scotland v Wallabies at Murrayfield 12.40am Mon 25 Nov

We definitely lose a bit in attack unquestionably. But scoring points doesnt seem to be an issue for us atm. Our defence is more likely to be our downfall agsinst scotland. Fraser is clearly a better player than tizanno but you might give tizanno a slight edge as just a per defensive player. I...

Don't hate it. I know fuck all about potter but im gonna trust schmidt at this point - he seems to have a decent eye for talent. Also im not mad if he wants to rest mcreight for tizzano. Tizzano did prove that he's more than up to the task. One thing i do like about joe is that he finds a way...

I'd be shocked if Wilson was available and Schmidt left him out of the starting side.

Is Kailea injured? I just can't understand how Slipper could be showing Shmidt more on the training paddock

Faessler is really having a breakout year. Hooker has definitely been an area of concerns over the last several years so his emergence couldn't have come at a better time. Not the biggest guy but has a real motor and complements our pack nicely. He seems to have that 2 jersey sewn up for now

It's still unclear to me whether Skelton is in our best side. This game was a good advertisement for him. He really makes a world of difference to our attacking and defensive mauls. on the other hand he doesn't bring the same defensive work rate as other players and we weren't really tested in...

You gotta think Rassie will rest his top 20 players next week.

Can't agree re Kerevi. He looked decent enough to me. I expect he'll likely be in the Lions series squad as one of our centres (Ikitau, Suallii, Kerevi, Pasami)

When's the last time we won two away games in the a row not including minnows at the world cup?

If there's a game id risk playing williams at 6 this is probably it.

    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

A lot of of talk of changes to the start lineup. From what we've seen of schmidt 's selections this year, you'd think we'd get the same starting 15 next week provided all are fit. Then again with 4 tough games in 4 weeks you have to wonder whether the coaching staff plan to rotate some of the...

    England v Wallabies, Twickenham, Sun 10th Nov 2:10AEDT / 1:10AEST

Yeh he hasnt been at his best this year. I wish he was playing better but even if he's been poor by his standards he's still a tighthead capable of holding up the scrum against the top sides which is something a lot of wallabies teams of the past would have killed for. I like to see him lose a...

I think the importance of this cant be understated. Rugby world cup draw will be based on ranking as at november next year...we simply have to be in the top 8 at the time or we risk having a nightmare scenerio at our home world cup

Yeh or wright or ikitua.. there were 4 or 5 guys that clearly had a bigger impact on the game. But given its his debut im ok with it. Also its probably the best thing rugby australia could ask for. All my league mates were discussing it this morningand asking me how they can find a replay

    Super Rugby Pacific 2025

Actually pretty pumped for next year's Super season. With the death of the Rebels the quality and depth of the Aussie teams looks, on paper, to be the best we've seen in years. It has long been suggested that reducing the number of super side (and thereby increasing the quality and depth of the...

Where did i say an agressive player cant improve until the end of their career? Maybe reread my post.

Australia v NZ. Bledisloe Cup Series 2024. Sep 21, Sep 28

Swain seems like the type of player that might, hopefully, come into his own in his early 30s when he is a bit more measured, a bit wiser. Blokes that are hot heads tend to lose a bit of that when they leave their 20s. Guys like quade and JOC (James O'Connor) come to mind

Australia v NZ. Bledisloe Cup Series 2024. Sep 21, Sep 28

I might be getting a bit off topic from this weekend's game but it'll be quite fascinating to see what happens with Liam Wright once he's back in the squad. Schmidt appeared to have him as one of the main pillars of his starting 15 but with Wilson taking the captaincy, Wright might find himself...
