He had an awesome 2023. He played the most minutes of any player in the squad this year & as a rookie 2nd rower called the line outs. Cron has had him as skipper for all 4 games against the Cheetahs. Highly rated, deservedly so. You can't have him back ;)

He's coaching the U19 squad at the moment as well

Looks like Williams is being groomed as skipper. He called the lineouts last year & has been captain for the 3 games against the Cheetahs so far. Not sure he'll get the armband this season though. As long as its not Wells, I don't care!
