Dont forget Leafi Talataina who has been getting around Sydney in Tahs gear. Great carrier & lineout option. Is young but I reckon he'll be in the starting 15 by end of next year.

    Waratahs 2025

Probably depends who starts at #4 but will probably be Lee-Warner or Ben Grant to call the lineout.

    Wallabies 2024

    Sould 100% atleast be picking - Skelton > Blythe - Sio > Kailea - Swinton > Leota - Samu > Tizzano The pack for this weekend should be: 1. Slipper / Bell 2. Faessler / BPA 3. Ala'alatoa / Tupou 4. Salakaia-Loto 5. Skelton / Amotosero 6. Swinton 7. Samu 8. Valetini / Wilson No scrum, no chance.

    Waratahs 2025

    Still hopeful for (and frankly expecting something similar to): 1. Bell / Kailea / HTS 2. Porecki / Heaven / Dobbins 3. Tupou / Talakai / Holz 4. Lee-Warner / Daly 5. Amotosero / Sinclair 6. Leota / Di Staso 7. Gamble / Wilkin 8. Gleeson / Talataina 9. Gordon / Wilson 10. Edmed / Bowen 11...

Wallabies v Wales Game 2 Sat 13 July Melbourne

Re. Hunter... and Flook Our C/D zone strategy on the weekend was to box, and our A zone MO was route 1 (same for Wales). So, dont think Joe will read much into quiet games for the centres. Will get more involved over time as our attack develops.

    Wallabies 2024

Happy with Wright as skipper & 6. Balances a Valetini & McReight backrow well. Familiarity with Faessler hopefully helpful for lineout. Will be interesting to see whether Schmidt goes with Hooper, Williams or Cale for backrow bench cover. Personally unconvinced Cale is physical enough to start...

    Waratahs 2025

Would be an absolute coup to get Wisey as headbcoach, Cheika as GM/DoR. Hope those roumers are true. + Tupou / Leota / Talataina / Maiva and a starting quality lock thanks.

    Wallabies 2024

Some interesting squad calls, but no absolute shockers. Overriding sense of excitment to just watch the lads rip in. The 23 for for Test 1 should be: 1. Slipper / Hodgeman 2. Faessler / Pollard 3. Ala'alatoa / Tupou 4. Frost 5. Salakaia-Loto / Hooper 6. Wright 7. McReight 8. Valetini / Wilson 9...

Are you talking about the News Corpse club rugby puff pieces? That's not RA or Phil's view - just News showing they could be an ally (at the right price) without blatantly promoting a competitor's product. Just wait until RA re-sign with Stan, their standard deathriding procedure will resume!

Source? I havnt heard that. He's talked about a national club competition, but in the context of a 'third tier' rather than as replacment for super.

Looks about right (perhaps ex. Muirhead) I read that Jorgenson will be available for July. I dont think we should be rushing him back but makes the squad for me if fit.

    Wallabies 2024

Suspect that's what Schmidt will go with for July. Agree on no need for two specialist opensides with Wright a good option. I wouldn't mind seeing 6. Valetini, 7. Wright, 8. Cale later in the season, perhaps when Skelton is back in the mix. I'm disappointed Swinton is not being considered...

    Wallabies 2024

Yep, suspect Schmidt wasn't going to pick him until he learnt to kick straight anyway so can definatly put a line through him now. Lock in Noah & Donno I reckon.

    Queensland Reds 2025

I think that list is in the Reds best interest, but might be in Blythe & Aus rugby's best interest to find him a chair at the Brums or Tahs.

Because they are not planning for life after super, and an objective minded person would have cut the rebels 7 years ago.

    Western Force 2025

Understand the limited contract argument but am not personally convinced squeezing international players out is for the greater good. Expect the Brums will not be as competetive without Browne, Tua etc. Also blocks external perspectives & experiences which impedes player devempment imo.

    Wallabies 2024

Big boost. Reds game on the weekend highlighted the importance of gainline winning locks in the higher intensity matches. LSL (Lukhan Salakaia-Loto) is one of not many we have to choose from. Will be essential until Skelton is back available.

    Under-20 Competitions including Oceania & World U20s

Also noted that. Massive shame, was looking forward to watching him dominte and wasn't that impressed by Harley in the U20 RC.

    Under-20 Competitions including Oceania & World U20s

Bloomfield, Alatini, King all favoured at tighthead. Bloomfield and Alatini probably autopicks based on prior U20s form. I havnt watched all of them, but King has been good in a couple of recent QPR games.
