    NSW AAGPS 2022

Thanks for organising Joker - I fell at the final hurdle after leading all season. I could have won, my head told me Joeys would win but I just couldn’t bring myself to transform that into an official, published tip!

There will be a few back by the sounds of it, but without them for starters I’d be telling Rory thanks but no thanks and give Phillip his spot back, and swap Wright out for the much more reliable hodge. And something needs to be done about putting third and fourth choice Brumbies hookers into...

At full strength and with mind on the job we aren’t far off it - that was Australia A plus a few this morning, and most of those already on the plane out of there by the looks of it! It certainly wasn’t a game to showcase and I hope Rennie wields the axe accordingly at the next team selection.

    Broadcast options for Australian Rugby

It could depend on when you start watching - if you hit the ‘from start’ button while the game is in progress it will only play up until where the live game was at that time, at which point you have to take note of the time stamp, go through the process again and recommence where it left off. I...

    Argentina v Australia II @ 5.10am 14/08

I would classify that as a standout performance based on the rest of the match.

I said I wasn’t naming players, but as it’s a positive award I would definitely give it to wright.

    Argentina v Australia II @ 5.10am 14/08

I just watched the replay in full and have now flicked through the match thread and completely forgot Arnold was playing until I read this post which was put up 11 minutes ago. Aside from that I have nothing to say about the game except that was atrocious, I’ll give some leeway due to the run...

If you remove Joeys from the equation, then yes.

    NSW AAGPS 2022

Yeah don’t worry, I was in the kings team that year - we were in front of scots the whole game and then at the end of a dubiously long 2nd half our 5/8 went to kick the ball out and it hit the no 8 in the back of the head, who was ruled offside. Scots kicked the penalty and won 9-8, cruel way...

    NSW AAGPS 2022

That’s 35 years ago though with 4 point tries, looser ruck rules, and with 20 minutes to go. Don’t talk to me about Scots that year!!

    NSW AAGPS 2022

Weird decision by kings with a minute to go and 2 points behind - given a penalty about 20 out on the 15m line but opted to go for the lineout instead of the kick for goal to win the premiership. I’m totally miffed.

    Argentina v Australia II @ 5.10am 14/08

The flaw with that analysis is that I doubt that either JOC (James O'Connor) or Petaia have been training in the centres. Sure they can play there but JOCs brief will be to manage the game from 10, potentially for the whole 80, and Petaias brief will be to get through the game. I don’t think it’s odd under the...

    Argentina v Australia II @ 5.10am 14/08

I had a similar thought but from a different angle - big Aussie involvement in the agricultural sector in Argentina, so possibly some UNE or Sydney Uni graduate playing club rugby nearby. Meanwhile I suspect Robbo will spend the day throwing balls at goalposts.
