    Waratahs 2023

It wasn't a choice, he was signed on a pro contract and it was part of the deal. The analogy is Hugh Bowman when he was at school was able to do his apprenticeship with Gai Waterhouse as his sporting option even though it wasn't an official sports choice. There are other examples in sailing...

    Wallabies 2023

didn't all the assistants leave before Rennie though? Hopefully the latter in any case....

    Waratahs 2023

Ideally 2024 would have been great, but I think the outclauses were specific for 2025 onwards. Regardless, if outliers can come straight out of school and make the Tahs/Reds, and be in the Wallabies a year later I have no doubt a player like him with 3 years in the NRL plus very likely Origin...

He did go to Kings as well, as did his son.

Round Five: Waratahs vs Chiefs Friday 7:30 pm

I did wonder if Eddie may have had some input but just thought 14. Nadolo 15. Nawa might have been a safer option in the circumstances. That said, presumably DC has seen enough in Dowling to want to give him the opportunity.

Round Five: Waratahs vs Chiefs Friday 7:30 pm

I wonder why they didn’t put Nawa at fullback?

Qld Reds v Fiji Drua Sun 19-3-23

@Derpus aren’t you going to mention that Flook is in your Fantasy team? I’m playing you, it’s not my week In fantasyland, the Brumbies didn’t bother to announce that Ikitau wasn’t playing and my Fijian flanker just got carded.

Round 4: Hurricanes v Waratahs, Friday 17th March

I’ll concede that it’s appropriate that all Wallabies selection discussions be filtered through Waratahs channels......however I did actually think I was on a different thread here at the end.

    Wallabies 2023

I don't mind that but I'd have Gleeson at open side. And Latu at hooker.

Round 4: Hurricanes v Waratahs, Friday 17th March

People are concerned about the lineout, particularly if Skelton starts. Se we'd need to have some combination of something like this: 4. Frost 5. Swain/Neville 6. Valetini 7. Hooper 8. Gleeson 19. Skelton 20. Holloway/Wilson/Hanigan The alternative is to start Skelton at 5 with one of Swain...

    Waratahs 2023

Did they call in the Molong 2nd grade coach to conceive that penalty tap at the end?

Nisbet ’thinks that might have been knocked on’ haha

Round 4: Hurricanes v Waratahs, Friday 17th March

I’ll stand corrected on this one though, it was the camera angle made it look like the head of the player to the right of the tackler was the tackler’s head. Illusion

Moorby not even close to getting on his feet there.
